今天剛考完第二次考試,比起課程設計的作業,唸書考試對我來說還是相對容易一些。至於幼兒發展課設計的作業有哪些?等我完成了再來跟各位報告。

除了考試跟作業外,每週上課都會有半小時的Group Discussion;上課的第一天老師發下這門課的group discussion topics,每個人都要選擇一個主題加入,輪到自己主題報告的那週,就要帶著那桌的同學進行討論。

每一個主題都很有趣,有從Prenatal到childhood不同年齡層次的主題,所提出來的問題也沒有標準答案,有些主題需要去托兒所做觀察,有些則需要訪問身邊的成人或為人父母的朋友他們童年的經驗以及現在養育小孩的心得。

看了幾個題目後,我選擇「Psychosocial Development 0-2 years」中的主題。以下是Discussion的Assignment。

Ask at least 5 adults if they slept in the same bed with their parents as babies or children(under 10). Ask them if they now have children sleep with them or evet slept with them. Be sure to ask about their culture backgroud such as what country they were born and raised in and any culture beliefs about children sleeping in the family bed or with their parents. Write up your results. Then find on the internet and in the library journal articles and other sources regarding the "Family Bed" and cross culture differences in children sleeping in the same bed with their parents.

Also, submit your resource list and reflections. Share results and handouts with your discussion group menber and give a copy of your complete research findings and handouts to the instructor.

為了方便,我需要找五位成人來成為我訪問的對象,然後進行我這項作業;寫這樣的主題希望大家不會覺得無聊,我個人覺得每個主題對我來說都滿有趣的。
